Ilke Dagli Hustings is an Associate for the International Peacebuilding Advisory Team. Her work with Interpeace began in 2016 with her support to the Cyprus Security Dialogue Project as a Senior Researcher at the Centre for Sustainable Peace and Democratic Development (SeeD). She holds a PhD in Politics and International Studies, focusing on identity, security and peacebuilding nexus. Ilke has over ten years of experience in providing consultancy and project development services for SMEs and NGOs, including independent evaluation of their programmes, aiming at a wide range of donors such as the EU, UNDP, UNDEF, WDB and USAID.

In her current position as Head of Operations at SeeD, Ilke is responsible for continuing SeeD’s transformation from a Cypriot bi-communal think tank to a global innovation hub. She has been focussing on rolling out SeeD’s Social Cohesion and Reconciliation Index (SCORE) as an evidence-based peacebuilding tool in multiple contexts including Eastern Europe, MENA Region and West Africa. Ilke also has experience in teaching International Business Principles at the University of Exeter and World Politics at the University of Warwick.
